Criminal Division - Fraud Section
The Fraud Section of the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice plays a unique and essential role in the Department's fight against sophisticated economic crime, implementing enforcement initiatives and advising DOJ leadership on such matters as legislation, crime prevention, and public education. The Fraud Section is also responsible for enforcing the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
